Le projet est indépendant, gratuit, sans publicité, financé sur fonds propres.
Kevyn WAHUZUE, 29 ans, est le fondateur de Kanaky Tech. Calédonien de Nouméa, diplômé en commerce, sept ans d'expérience dans la tech et le digital. En mai 2024, il fonde Kanaky Tech comme initiative indépendante dédiée à la souveraineté numérique du Pacifique. Installé à Auckland (Nouvelle-Zélande) depuis mars 2026 sous visa Working Holiday, il y développe la firme et ses projets — dont le Dictionnaire Kanak, lancé la même année.
