Kevyn WAHUZUE est le fondateur de Kanaky Tech. Diplômé en commerce, il est entrepreneur digital depuis 2019. En mai 2024, il fonde Kanaky Tech, initiative indépendante dédiée à la souveraineté numérique du Pacifique, dont il développe les projets — parmi lesquels le Dictionnaire Kanak, lancé en mars 2026.
